For the second year I was lucky to work for the Carnaval van Laken, a parade in one of the municipalities of Brussels to unite it’s inhabitants.
This year I worked with three groups of kids from different ages and organisations (Baboes, IBO, Onder Ons). The assignment was to make heads with them. Since all the groups were based on children and development we started from basic shapes and let those basic shapes evolve in all kinds of individual shapes and colours. In this way we showed the unity between us all, but also the diversity sprouting from it.
